Surgeries are done on Tuesday & Thursdays

NO FOOD after 8pm and NO WATER in the morning.
DROP off is 7am...If you later than 7:15am you will be turned away, NO EXCEPTIONS!
Please download the surgical release form and bring with you.
Cats needs to be in a hard side carrier. Please have your cats name on carrier.
Only one cat per carrier with a blanket/towel in the carrier and make sure carrier is clean and no food and water in carrier. Try to keep in mind that the cat will be in the carrier before and after surgery, so have one large enough for comfort.
If you bring your cat in a soft sided carrier, there will be an extra charge of 10.00 so please try to use a hard sided carrier.
FERAL CATS must be in a live trap.
(NO SQUIRREL traps will be permitted)
PICK up is 3pm... If your later than 3:30pm there will be late fees added.
Hartz accepts Major Debit/Credit Cards ( 4% added charge) and Cash for payment
WE DO NOT accept Care Credit or Checks.
WE DO NOT accept Pet Insurance.
